Dearest You, 

 

It's okay to be scared.  It's okay to be sad.  You have permission to experience all the emotions, and it is imperative you do.  Each emotion is a different vibrational energy trying to communicate with you. 

 

Listen.  Engage.  Reflect.  Each feeling is there to guide you towards more love - your source - your soul.  Collaborate with the energies.
