The endeavor to be conscious and loving to Self and others begins with awareness, but ultimately is actualized through mindful living and behavior. As you increase your self-reflection and knowledge, you may find yourself understanding what it is you want to do but becoming stagnant in producing change. Dig deeper to uncover the beliefs, assumptions and most often fears that prohibit stepping meaningfully into action that is in alignment with your greatest consciousness. Further, as you cultivate healthier and more compassionate relationships with others, remember to use the same rubric regarding their growth: Behavior speaks more profound truth than artful words or ideas.
Good intentions are only as great as the actual follow through.
