power resides within you

There are constant pulls to seek answers, healing and strength in places and means outside of yourself. While there is value in support from others, guidance along the path, and different perspectives, you are never meant to pursue this instead of turning inward to your intuition and higher consciousness. It is easier to fantasize that what you need is outside of yourself, in some other person-place-thing, because it spares you facing the magnitude of your power and the responsibility that brings. You are an infinite being of unlimited means. Everything you need is within you. Everything. Quiet the chatter of the mind and anxiety of the ego, which drive you toward distractions and solutions outside of yourself. Trust in yourself and open to the wisdom and fortitude of your soul.
