Sincerely and wholeheartedly: THANK YOU!

Thank you for meeting me in the vulnerable and sacred space of your heart, for sharing your stories, and for demonstrating that our ability to connect soul-to-soul, affirming love-based truths and demystifying fear-based thinking is meaningful and powerful.

Two Decembers ago now, I committed to a year of writing and posting, regardless of how it went or what happened along the way. However, I honestly don’t know that I could’ve kept up with it through the self-doubt and exhaustion and competing interest for my time and energy if I didn’t know that it meant something to someone else. Every comment, email, message and conversation saying that the writing helped you to feel understood, to feel “normal”, to have the courage to keep going, to encourage you in a loving and supportive way, meant more to me than I can express. It was uncanny how just when I would start to lose momentum, one of you would reach out and say just the right thing to keep me on course.

Never underestimate the power of your words or the magnitude and importance of our collective connection.

Your partnership in this project has been such a gift. I’m working on a longer piece that explores the journey and what I’ve learned through the process of creating Dearest You and Me. I hope to have that up next week, but I couldn’t wait another day to express my gratitude to you.
